The Kinette Club of Lloydminster consists of 15 women from the community.  Each year our club elects an executive which consists of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer whose role is to oversee the general operations of the club. We have an elected extended executive as well, made up of supervisory roles including Junior Treasurer, Bulletin Editor, Registrar, Risk Management, Membership Director, Sunshine, Service, Awards, Bar, and Kin Clothing.

We form committees to plan our events & projects, and then team together to host them.  In addition to the community involvement, there is opportunity for personal growth within Kin. There are opportunities for awards, as well as zone, district, and national conferences.  Experienced Kinettes often take on mentoring roles with new Kin to help them succeed within the organization.  New potential members are asked to attend a meeting, event, and social gathering before joining in order to better understand the roles an expectations of a Kinette.

Throughout the Kin year (September - June) we welcome new members, congratulate members on their achievements within Kin, and hold planned social events to build and improve relationships with each other.
